About
Serving with a purpose.
PT Kapan Kita Bersama is an Indonesian management consulting company supporting foreign investors and foreign-owned businesses.
We help clients understand regulatory requirements, establish workable processes, coordinate professional services, and manage the practical issues that arise when doing business in Indonesia.
Our approach is compliance first. We favour clear scope, documented process, defined responsibilities, and informed decision-making.
Our Background
KKB was originally established as a vehicle for acquiring and developing land in Indonesia. That experience exposed the company directly to the practical realities of investment, licensing, land, professional services, administration, and regulatory processes.
The company subsequently developed into a management consultancy for foreign investors who require structured support in Indonesia.
Today, KKB combines local operating experience with an established network of Indonesian legal, accounting, technical, licensing, and other professional service providers. We coordinate these resources according to the requirements of each engagement.
Our work has involved different sectors and locations across the Indonesian archipelago.
Director
Robert Grace is the Director of PT Kapan Kita Bersama.
He graduated from the University of Waikato Law School in New Zealand and was admitted to the New Zealand Law Society in 2024.
Before establishing KKB, Robert worked for several years as a specialist service contractor supporting global marketing activities for a US Fortune 500 company. This work involved international corporate environments, procurement, project delivery, and coordination across multiple markets and service providers.
His first profession was Traditional Chinese Medicine. He practised as an acupuncturist in Canada and New Zealand and worked with international athletes competing in the Union Cycliste Internationale WorldTour.
These different professional environments share an important requirement: complex work must be understood, properly scoped, coordinated, documented, and delivered with clear responsibility.
That principle now informs KKB's approach to consulting in Indonesia.
How We Work
Foreign investment in Indonesia often requires coordination between multiple regulatory systems, government processes, professional advisers, and local service providers.
KKB provides a structured point of coordination.
We identify the required process, define the parties and responsibilities involved, document the engagement, and help the client move through each stage with greater visibility of what is required and what happens next.
We do not promise shortcuts around regulatory requirements. We help clients understand those requirements and work through them systematically.
Our clients are foreign investors and business operators who value compliance, documentation, transparency, and certainty of process.
